Meghan is a violinist and teacher living in Chicago, IL. You can see her out and about the city, teaching at the Francis W. Parker School and the British International School of Chicago in Lincoln Park. She also teaches privately in the Chicago area.
A native of Darlington, South Carolina, Meghan studied at the S.C. Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities and the College of Charleston, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music. She completed her Master of Music degree at DePaul University with Dr. Olga Dubossarskaya Kaler. Other principal teachers include Ruben Camacho and Paul Statsky.
Meghan is passionate about the use of instrumental education as a tool for self-empowerment and building community. She is also a language enthusiast and decorating fanatic. She is currently learning Farsi (!سلام), and her “Small-Cool” winning apartment can be found here.
